CHAMPS Customized Reports Illustrate Your Group Purchasing Savings

As a CHAMPS/Premier Group Purchasing member, you receive customized reports that illustrate your facility’s GPO spending trends, group purchasing savings and overall usage. These reports are typically used for addressing each member’s planning, cost reduction and contract utilization issues. Reports can be selected from CHAMPS' current database compilations or CHAMPS will consult with your purchasing department to compose customized, specific, member-focused reports as requested.

Below are descriptions of group purchasing savings reports currently offered by CHAMPS to all CHAMPS/Premier members. Additional reports can be customized to fit your requests.

Contract Utilization Trending
This usage report contains general member information and a summary comparison of a facility's current and previous 12-month periods. The line-by-line contract information included in this report includes a volume comparison, a contract identification and description, an LOC signed date, and a contract expiration date.

Letter of Commitment (LOC) Performance
This report identifies all contracts for which a member has signed an LOC. For each contract, the report includes an LOC signed date, a contract expiration date, the most recent purchase date, the most recent sale report date, and the total volume that has been reported in the past 12 months.

Replacement Contracts
The Replacement Contract report identifies all contracts that a member is using that expires during a selected time frame. For each of these contracts, the replacement contract(s) are identified along with the vendor, product line and expiration date.

Contracts with Volume/No LOCs Signed
This group purchasing savings report identifies all contracts for which a vendor is reporting volume but a facility has not signed an LOC or a PMDF (Participating Member Designation Form).
